|Tasting Note: With a delicate nose white flowers, fresh cream, brioche & white peaches, spices and raspberry dance in the background. Some time on lees offers complexity. The palate is quite textural with the effervescent bead and a line of acid providing an underlying structure, with phenolics developing in the background. Flavours of white peach and grapefruit pith are the main show, but this wine has some serious length.
Worth considering as an aperitif or with food – you will make everyone happy.
