|Wine: CHATEAU TRIENNES ROSÉ 2017|
Tasting Note: Chateau Triennes Rosé is made by Aubert de Villaine and Jacques Seysses who are arguably some of the best winemakers in France.
Seysses is the founder and winemaker of Domaine Dujac in Burgundy and Aubert de Villaine is the co-owner and co-director of Domaine de La Romanee Conti – some of the greatest and most sought-after wine on the planet.
Chateau Triennes has all the hallmarks of a great Rosé, the fruit is of great quality and the wine-making is largely done in the vineyard. The wine shows delicate red fruit on the nose with a combination of strawberries & cream, spice and ever so light chewy tannins. This is one of those wines that you can enjoy with a seafood lunch or just on its own as you ponder the different flavours on a summers afternoon.
A blend of Cinsault, Grenache Syrah and Merlot.
