If you wish for your wine to be delivered regardless of weather events, then we will act according to your wishes but will not guarantee or be responsible for the delivered condition of the wine.
Returns:
If you are not satisfied with a wine purchased from Community Wines, then we are more than happy to provide you with a full refund for purchases of the relevant wine by you.
Just let us know that you are not satisfied with the wine within 3 months of buying the wine, and we’ll refund or credit you in full an amount equal to the value of your remaining unopened bottles plus one opened bottle only. All refunds are processed within 7 days of your notification.
