The Eleventh Hour Shiraz has a deeply concentrated core of black fruits and lifted spices. The colour is quite deep almost impenetrable with a blue-purple tone. Aromas of cherry and blackberries give way to black fruits, supported by aromas of wild fennel, black pepper, aniseed and hints of clove and nutmeg. The palate is opulent, with streaks of black cherries, more dark chocolate and Barossa plums. The tannins are quite fine balanced against fresh acidity.
What a wine, there is richness, depth and elegance. This is Barossa decadence in a glass.
